Cornish Gouda is made by a Dutch family who have been running a dairy farm in Cornwall since 1998, using the high quality milk produced by their own cows they have refurbishing a shed which runs on ‘green’ energy to produce ‘Cornish Gouda’.

Cornish Gouda is the first of its kind in the South West. It is a great substitute for Cheddar and is far easier to manage. It is particularly great on sandwiches and as an addition to any cheeseboard.
